The DACIU Program (Development of High Intellectual Abilities at the University) is a pioneering initiative aimed at students with high intellectual abilities, whether identified or not yet identified, to enhance their talent by integrating them into active research groups from the beginning of their university studies.
Direct experience in research projects offers a true immersion in the scientific process, facilitates the learning of advanced methodologies, and allows for networking with renowned researchers. This interaction is essential for discovering new vocations, guiding future careers, and opening up previously unimaginable professional possibilities.
Participating in these conferences is a firm step toward intellectual, personal, and professional enrichment. As a reference, he recalls the experience of Severo Ochoa, who, after graduating in 1928 and publishing his research on creatinine, managed to join the prestigious Kaiser Wilhelm Institute in Berlin, now the Max Planck Institute, thus embarking on a brilliant scientific career.
